I am an author and illustrator of children's books and have completed a Master in Children's books illustration at Iconi in Madrid and attended Chelsea & Central St Martins School of Arts (London) for illustration courses. My book I HAVE A BIG FAMILY was happily published in English and Spanish by PintarPintar Editorial.

I am also the designer of M’tita Bamako, a brand creating since 2003 limited editions of accessories, naïve paintings, sculptures and dolls inspired by diverse cultural references. I have intervened in mural paintings and with site specific installations in several artistic collaborations.

I travel continuously between Africa and Europe since more than 20 years, combining my professional activity as a Cultural Consultant for the EU with my work as a designer/illustrator. This diverse cultures is very present in what I do. From Marrakech, I am now finalising my third and fourth picture books: FOUR FRIENDS IN A ROCKET and THE MAN WHO KNITTED WILD PETS.
