Illustoria Magazine is a high-quality print publication for curious-minded humans: young readers, grownups, and all the in-between ages. Especially with 8 - 12-year-olds in mind, this art and storytelling publication inspires readers to slow down and take the time to be curious, try something new, and make things with friends. Illustoria celebrates visual storytelling, makers, and DIY culture through print and beyond—with interviews, recipe comics, interactive games, book reviews, and contests for young writers and artists.
Jeremie Martinez
Jeremie is the Artistic Director of Kiblind. Founded in 2004, KIBLIND Magazine is a biannual dedicated to visual culture and contemporary illustration, freely distributed in the main French, Europe, North America and Canada cities, in 300 partner locations with 30 000 copies. In 2024, to celebrate its 20th anniversary, KIBLIND Magazine transforms itself and goes international with an English version.
Since its inception, Kiblind magazine has aimed to shed light on the artists who make up the little-known field of contemporary illustration. In each issue, the team works on a theme and highlights it through the prism of illustration.
Alongside the magazine, Kiblind has developed an agency producing illustrated, editorialized, and animated content (2008), a workshop/store selling illustrated posters printed in risography (in 2017), and an International Illustration Festival (IF) in 2023.
